WE ARE ABLE TO OFFER FREE CHILDCARE PLACES FOR 1, 2, 3, 4 YEAR-OLD CHILDREN 

We open 52 weeks of the year and only close for designated Bank or Public 

Holidays. WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR DAYS WE ARE CLOSED. 

All meals & drinks are included – breakfast, lunch & tea unless your child is attending funded hours. Breakfast is available between 7:15 – 8:00 and is non-chargeable for all children. 

We do not charge a registration fee a deposit or any form of advance payment. 

A late collection fee will be charged @ £3.00 for the first 5 minutes and then £5 every 5 minutes thereafter, for all sessions. 

Fees are due whether your child attends or not, and must be paid by 6:15PM on Friday of each week unless paid in advance.

Fees can only be paid in arrears by arrangement with the management prior to commencing. A late payment charge of £1 per session will be added on a weekly basis, if the full fees due are not paid within the week that they become due.

You will find our fees to be very competitive and to represent excellent value, however, to remain so we rely on prompt payment. Payments can be made by cash, childcare vouchers and debit or credit card.

Standing order and bank transfer are also an accepted form of payment. Enclosed within the parents pack is a list of all our providers and account numbers.

There is a minimum requirement of two sessions per week.

We participate in the current government access to the 15 or 30 hours free entitlement scheme for 1, 2, 3 & 4-year-old children. Our offer to parents is that this funding is based on 11 or 22 hours per week over 51 weeks rather than 15 or 30 hours over 38 weeks. We offer flexibility in terms of the frequency of sessions attended, but we are unable to offer part sessions or short/school days. All sessions are in accordance with the fees detailed above. Parents can opt to utilise funded hours only. There will be a charge for consumables where children attend funded hours.
